  • IRS are members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation

    We are members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) that provide a reliable source of information, analysis, driving standards and empowering recruiters to be the best in their role. The REC also provide us with access to their team of recruitment law specialists.

  • Disability Symbol

    This is recognition given by Jobcentre Plus to employers based in Great Britain who have agreed to take action to meet five commitments regarding the employment, retention, training, and career development of disabled employees.

  • BS EN 9001 Compliant

    IRS Recruitment operates a Quality Management System that has gained BE EN 9001 certification, including aspects specific to the Employment and Recruitment industry.

  • ISO 14001 Compliant

    IRS Recruitment recognises the importance of environmental protection and is committed to operating its business responsibly and in compliance with all legal requirements relating to the provision of recruitment services.

  • CHAS accreditation

    IRS holds CHAS accreditation which is a pre-approved assessment scheme. It allows contractors to demonstrate to potential clients that they meet required health and safety standards.

  • CIRAS

    As IRS we aim to enhance health and safety reporting within the business. As such, we are proud to be members of the independent body CIRAS – Confidential Incident Reporting & Analysis Service, demonstrating that we continue to take steps to improve the health, safety and wellbeing of our workers.

  • Cyber Essentials Registered

    We always ensure that our cyber infrastructure is fully protected. We operate out of secure offices using secure systems; this certification demonstrates that we have the highest levels of data protection in our organisation.

  • Gangmasters Licence

    IRS Holds a GLAA (Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority) Licence – this is a requirement as we supply labour to the UK fresh produce sector and associated processing and packaging organisations. The GLAA operates a licensing scheme to regulate the provision of workers for roles in these sectors.
