How does it work?
Most businesses use BACS as a means of making payments, so they will already have a Service User Number (SUN), but if not, your business will need to get this from your bank as part of a BACS approval application process. There is a charge to set up a SUN, which your bank will advise you about and a small charge for transactions processed via BACS.
If you provide us with your SUN, and after completing relevant authorisation forms, we can process the payments through our dedicated Bureau User Number (BUN). So, each pay period, once your payroll is processed and you have signed it off, this will initiate the BACS process that instructs your bank through our BUN to make payment to each of your employees for the net pay they are due, on the day it is payable. No delays – so your staff get paid on time, every time.
